After installing summary 2.6.3 update the daily log is showing  169 
visitors which is not accurate, then after installing 2.6.4 update still 
under 200 daily visitors when we are used to seeing over 1000/day for 
the past several years


even though recent visits are showing wll over 4000 visits today shows 169

Not sure why summary is not reading the logs correctly anymore
