[Summary-Talk] unresponsive script

occasionally, when looking at Summary reports, I get an error about an 
unresponsive script. is anyone else having this problem?

I looked at the code, and I see that I *do* want the DoPopup script 
(which may or may not be the script thats breaking), but I don't really 
want the DoRoll script, since I don't use it in my html templates.

I'd rather not hard code the DoPopup script into my code, in case you 
change it in the future... is there a best of both worlds possible here?
