[Summary-Talk] How to write out Custom Reports?

Problem Summary:
If you create a custom report in "userpages", the tool to write
static HTML pages doesn't seem to generate versions of these.


Discussion:
If I create a customized report (and the documentation for this needs
improving -- preferably with some included examples of how to produce
a page that looks like an existing report, for example), I can figure
out how to view it via Summary itself, we only provide static HTML
reports to our clients stored on a completely different machine.  The
process to generate static HTML reports doesn't seem to honour any
custom reports in the "userpages" folder.  Or am I doing something
wrong?
