1. On the Log Downloading Configuration page can you add the ability to
check that the login settings work? Just a button that we can press to 
check if a connection can be properly made with the entered settings. 
This would save some guess work and troubleshooting.

2. Error reporting by email would be very nice. Sometimes, settings 
outside of Summary are changed, or something else affects the 
downloading and processing of logs. Getting an error report by email 
would greatly help to administer Summary. A couple errors I'd like to 
get reports on are:
     a. Summary can't log onto an FTP or HTML server for a specific
report/sub-report.
     b. Logs weren't properly processed for whatever reason, with 
relevant feedback that can help locate the problem.

3. Show the installed version number and the latest version number 
available near the top of the Global Configuration Page. Just something 
easy to see so we know what version we're on and if any newer versions 
are available. There could also be a link to the Summary.net update page.
