[Summary-Talk] Blank Reports - except Gaps In Service?

I have installed Summary with a view to setting up 2 versions of a 
report for each site, with robots, without robots.

I set this up and it all went pear shaped, the reports were blank, 
strange links were appearing and it all got very confusing.

I just un-installed and deleted the folder from my HDD.

Then re-installed and tried to set up just one sub-report with no filters.

All reports are empty except Gaps in Service.  Log Processing shows
   Valid log entries   3,226,832
   Filtered log entries   0 .

It is probably something stupid but can't figure it out.  Have matched 
(as far as I can see) the settings on the old server, but with no joy :(
