There is no way to do this in Summary (basic) or Plus.

If you have Summary SP Lite or SP there are a couple of ways you can
accomplish this.

The art can be replaced with your own art, see
<http://summary.net/manual/configuration.html#filler-16> (read down a
few paragraphs).

The HTML can be replaced by simply not using %%%buttons. In it's place
you can put whatever you want. Almost all of the parts of the buttons
are available with other %%% codes, so you should be able to achieve
almost any effect you can imagine.
