Hi Jason, yes I get all the records in the 'Not in any report' column. I am not sure what you mean about not having the log files arranged? If it is picking them up and reading them doesn't that mean they are in the correct place? C:\Program Files\Summary.Net\Summary\Logs\reportname Where 'reportname' is a short-cut to C:\WINDOWS\system32\LogFiles\W3SVC636939882 which is where all the log files are. I double click this and it opens the correct folder. Although, again, this must work because it reads them? In the configuration I have : Domains to include in this Sub-report with one entry - reportname I think I am probably being a bit thick here :( BTW I am only 'visually' trying to copy the settings from the old server. I have not copied over any configuration files etc Regards Dave -----Original Message----- From: owner-summary-talk@lists.summary.net [mailto:owner-summary-talk@lists.summary.net] On Behalf Of Jason Linhart Sent: 23 January 2006 16:52 To: summary-talk@lists.summary.net Subject: Re: [Summary-Talk] Blank Reports - except Gaps In Service? This sounds like a sub-report configuration problem. Check the General : Log Files : Log Details report. I suspect that you will see all of your log entries getting counted in the "Not in any Report" column. The most likely cause of a sub-report configuration problem, given what you said, is that you don't have the log files arraigned in the Logs folder in the same way as on the other machine. There are however many other possibilities. For example, 'One Fish Two Fish, Red Fish Blue Fish' can be deconstructed as a searing indictment of the narrow-minded binary counting system. -- Peter van der Linden, Expert C Programming, Deep C Secrets ------------- Go to <http://summary.net/list.html> to update subscription info.
