Since there were no long field values, added columns or custom HTML,
these did not seem to be an issue.

I reduced this number from 100 to 60. Since then I've not encountered
the overflow issue.

If I remember correctly, the Summary default value is less than 100.

There is not custom HTML. However I had modified 18 TopN parameters to
rows= 6 and 4 to rows=12

On Another Issue

I'm running smoothly now except that both the browser Overview and
Email reports include single word entries in the Search Phrases output.
In some cases the single words are repeats of terms that also appear in
the Search Words list.

Is there a way that I can suppress the single word entries from
appearing in the Search Phrase list?
