First, you need to make sure that you have assigned user names and
passwords to all of your sub-reports. Any sub-report that doesn't have a
name and password will be visible to everyone.

Second, you probably want to turn off "Allow all access to sub-report
list", on the Options configuration page.

Third, make sure you have the most recent version of Summary, currently
2.6.6. There was a bug that could cause this problem a while back.
