If you configure a name or password for *any* sub-report and you don't
have "Allow all access to sub-report list" checked then Summary will
prompt for a user name and password.

If you only want to be required to enter a name/password for
configuration then you should make sure that none of your sub-reports
have either a name or a password configured. This is normally fairly
easy to see since Summary will put a star next to all of the sub-reports
that are missing a name/password on the sub-report list on the main
configuration page.
