That looks like a standard NCSA Combined log entry which Summary should
recognize and read automatically. The mail system might have changed
things slightly, so there might be an extra space (or something) that I
can't see here but baring that this log entry will be read correctly by
Summary.

You should check the General : Log Files report and see if you are
getting all parse errors or are having some other kind of problem.
