Got it. This problem will be fixed in the next release.

It isn't really doubling up, it is showing both the Other Details
overview and the Program Status overview on the same page. A related
problem, the Program Status overview and report fail to display.

If you are testing SP Lite or SP, you can work around these problems by
copying over8.html and over9.html from the extras folder to the config
folder.
