Thanks for the through bug report! We are going to need to chase this
problem down here for a while before I know exactly what happened, but I
do have some comments for you right now.
You can work around the problem by turning off "Write reports as HTML
files (best left off)". Of course you won't get static HTML reports if
you do that, but everything else should work.
The double clickable GUI interface to Summary runs the CLI version in
the background to do the real work. That is why the crash report shows
the application as summary-cli.
The "Report" button on the system error page goes to Apple, not us. It
is very effective for helping Apple debug problems with the system and
with their applications but doesn't help developers like us.
