[Summary-Talk] Multiple host names in logs

Hi, I would like to know if someone had this problem before and how
can be solved.
I have hundreds of host names (ny.olx.com, sf.olx.com, 
bangladesh.olx.in, etc..)
is there any way I can separate this in a easy way, to be able to
process the logs with summary and had different statistics for
ny.olx.com, sf.olx.com, bangladesh.olx.in, and so ?
