You can use "Requests to include in this Sub-report" to get this effect.
Set up "Domains to include in this Sub-report" in the way you have
already figured out so you get only abc.com hits. Then, to report on
only /inbox hits set "Requests to include in this Sub-report" to
"/inbox/*". To report on everything except /inbox you set "Requests to
include in this Sub-report" to:

-/inbox/*
*

That tells Summary to exclude anything that starts with /inbox/ and then
include everything else.
