Is there any way in the current rev of Summary to enter multiple FTP
accounts for log download locations, without having to enter all but
the first one in sub-reports' settings?

If not, please consider this a feature request to be able to enter
multiple locations in the Configure -> Log Downloading settings.
Maybe it can make it into 3.0?
