[Summary-Talk] sub reports via http

Hi All,

We notice that if we get rid of a sub report, other reports use a
different configuration number.  So in the past they would go to:

http://ip:9000/20

Now the "20" belongs to someone else.

Is there another way we can dirent our clients to go to their stats?
