Yes. Anyone who purchases Summary on or after March 28th 2006 will
receive a free upgrade to Summary 3.0 when it ships. Registration codes
issued since then all have 30 as the fourth and fifth characters, ie
SXX30-XXXXX-XXXXX.

If your registration codes had 25 there (SXX25-XXXXX-XXXXX) or contains
four sets of four digits (NNNN-NNNN-NNNN-NNNN) then you will need to
purchase an upgrade.

I have no idea. It all depends on how many problems come up during
testing with the Windows version.
