That is fine, so long as you do the copying while Summary is not
running. If Summary is running the new configuration will sometimes be
ignored/lost.
Another thing to check would be to compare the Program Status report
between the two versions to see if dramatically higher numbers of log
entries are somehow getting included in the new copy.
