[Summary-Talk] Pages using ?

Jason,

We have a client that has a php based website that uses the format:
Index.php?page=contactus

Pages called by a ?page= are not showing up in Summary reports. Instead the
information for these pages is included with the reports for index.php. Is
there an easy way to have Summary separate the stats for each page? I
imagine there is a way to use the subreports, but I wouldn't want to add a
separate sub report for each page, and then again for future pages they add
to the site.
