[Summary-Talk] filtering all but specific requests from a domain

I'm trying to add a new set of web logs to an existing client.

The client's website runs at www.example.com

The client's PDF files are being served from www.example2.com , and are 
being logged into that server's logs, along with other requests having 
nothing to do with www.example.com

I have the log files from each domain in a separate folder, so I can 
differentiate them from each other (and I have set the "Always use 
folder name as domain name" option).

Is it possible to filter all requests from the www.example2.com logs 
*except* for *.pdf requests?
