[Summary-Talk] FTP expects 350, gets 500

Hello:

Summary downloads logs from several sources for my reports. All
of them use IIS, but although I don't think all of the servers
have been updated/upgraded.

For some of these (but not all of them), when Summary peeks at
the logfile to see if it's been changed, it is unable to get the
information it wants and is forced to download the whole file
again.

This is what happens...

FTP xxx.xx.xxx.xxx/logfiles/w3svc3/ex020205.log

Expected 350 got 500 RE*T 5093254: Command not understood

And then it downloads the entire log file again.

What is happening and what do I tell my host to do about it?
